Point ’n Shoot provides cycling routes, photo locations, and images (“Content”) for inspiration. By using this website or route planner, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Creative Commons licenses

Unless stated otherwise on an individual image page:

These licenses apply only to copyright and do not grant permissions related to privacy, publicity, property, access, or safety.

3. Attribution (required)

When reusing images, you must credit the photographer and source as specified on the image page, in accordance with Creative Commons guidelines.

4. Routes & photo locations

Routes and photo locations:

  • Are provided as suggestions, not instructions
  • May include public roads, traffic, or changing conditions
  • May be located on or near private or restricted property

You are solely responsible for:

  • Complying with local laws and traffic regulations
  • Respecting property rights, signage, and instructions
  • Your own safety while cycling and photographing

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch and EU law:

  • All content is provided “as is”, without warranties
  • loydharolds.nl shall not be liable for injuries, damages, fines, or other consequences resulting from use of routes, photo locations, or content

Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted, including intent or gross negligence.

Use of routes and locations is entirely at your own risk.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.

Tenzij op de individuele afbeeldingspagina anders is vermeld:

Deze licenties hebben uitsluitend betrekking op auteursrechten en verlenen geen toestemming met betrekking tot privacy-, portret-, eigendoms-, toegangs- of veiligheidsrechten.

3. Naamsvermelding (verplicht)

Bij hergebruik van afbeeldingen dient de fotograaf en bron te worden vermeld zoals aangegeven op de betreffende afbeeldingspagina, conform Creative Commons-richtlijnen.

4. Routes & fotoplekken

Routes en fotoplekken:

  • Zijn suggesties, geen instructies

  • Kunnen zich (deels) bevinden op of nabij privéterrein of beperkt toegankelijke locaties

Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het respecteren van eigendomsrechten, bebording en aanwijzingen
  • Je eigen veiligheid tijdens fietsen en fotograferen

5. Aansprakelijkheid

Voor zover toegestaan onder Nederlands en Europees recht:

  • Alle content wordt aangeboden “zoals deze is”, zonder garanties
  • loydharolds.nl is niet aansprakelijk voor letsel, schade, boetes of andere gevolgen voortvloeiend uit het gebruik van routes, fotoplekken of content

Deze uitsluiting geldt niet voor aansprakelijkheid die wettelijk niet mag worden uitgesloten, waaronder opzet of grove nalatigheid.

Gebruik van routes en locaties geschiedt volledig op eigen risico.

6. Wijzigingen

Deze afbeeldingen zijn:

  • Tot stand gekomen door het gebruik van prompts, selectie en redactioneel oordeel van Loyd Harolds
  • Waar van toepassing duidelijk aangeduid als AI-gegenereerd
  • Gelicentieerd onder Creative Commons Naamsvermelding 4.0 Internationaal (CC BY 4.0), tenzij anders vermeld

De Creative Commons-licentie is van toepassing op de afbeelding zoals gepubliceerd en staat hergebruik toe overeenkomstig de licentievoorwaarden.
